In the event that your item is deemed to be a counterfeit, the seller will be responsible for a $100 administration fee and will have their agreement with FineFinds terminated. The seller will bear the responsibility for the return of their item. Please refer to our Disclaimer for more details.

The consignment contract we offer requires a minimum commitment of 6 weeks as explicitly mentioned in our Disclaimer. Should you wish to retrieve your item before the agreed upon 6-week period, a fee of $100 will be applicable. For clients wishing to initiate a return process and breaching their contractual 6-week agreement, please reach out to our team at enquiries@finefinds.com.au

In the event that products remain unsold, owners will retain a copy of their Entrupy authenticity certificate.
