The following document sets forth the Privacy Policy and Collection Statement for FineFinds (ABN 14 243 126 674) (herein referred to as “FineFinds” or “we”).

The Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by FineFinds via the website located at finefinds.com.au (herein referred to as the “Website”), including via any external websites or forms accessible through the Website.

In this document, “you” refers to any individual about whom we collect personal information and “your” is used accordingly.

FineFinds is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals. FineFinds are committed to managing personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

FineFinds is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. 2       Collection Statement - Collection of your Personal Information

The Website is used for the conduction and satisfaction of FineFinds’ business, which includes, but is not limited to, the operation, management, marketing, and organisation of Services to its users.

We may ask you to provide further information about your complaint and the outcome you are seeking.
